Peter Pan

Supplies Needed:
1. 1/4 yard of lace
2. 1/4 yard of white cotton
3. A chain (if you are like me, you have about 20 broken necklaces in your jewelry box, so just grab one of those and save yourself some money)

Directions:
Step 1: Place wrong sides of fabric together.

Step 2: Using a shirt with a collar as your pattern, pin your fabric to the shirt making sure you leave a little extra on the top for a seam allowance.

Step 3: Use a round object such as a fancy glass to create your round collar.

Step 4: Use your shirt as a guide to cut out your collar.
Step 5: Cut the collar in half.
Step 6: This part is more of a guess than an actual guided step, but cut out this general shape on both sides.

Step 7: Sew around the edges, leaving the smallest part open.

Step 8: Turn inside out, and use a pencil to push out the sides and make sure everything has been turned inside out.

Step 9: Fold the edge of your un-sewn side and then sew.

Step 10: Using a needle and thread, sew the collars together.

Step 11: Cut your chain or old necklace in half.
Step 12: Sew half the chain to each end of your collar.
Step 13: Pick out a cute shirt to wear it with and go flaunt your stuff.
