The last Item from my Thrift Store spree was this nice shoulder pad number. After some work (and removal of those awful shoulder pads) I think it turned out quite well.
You are doing SO GREAT with your skills!!!!!! I wanted to ask what you did with the denim you cut off of the dress, too....to add fuel to fire!! WOW, the red dress ROCKS now, it looked like a graduation gown before!!!!!! I'm so excited for you and your new blog n projects!!!!! I can't wait to have time to do my sewing stuff, and fabric re purposing! I buy wedding dresses, and have plans to re purpose the beads, the material and anything on it. I alread made two costumes out of wedding dresses and they are so cool!
